Mountain Summer at Sonnalm
Clear mountain air, sweeping views, and days that begin with nature: experience summer at the Stubeck Sonnalm with hiking, alpine moments, and plenty of private freedom in your own chalet.
Whether on foot, with an e-mountain bike, or simply relaxed at your favourite spot – here, each day is free to follow its own rhythm. And when evening comes, the special luxury of silence awaits: a BBQ at the fire pit, the hot tub under the starry sky, and views of the surrounding mountains.
The mountain summer offer can be booked for stays of 3 nights or more.

For those who wish to experience winter at a slower pace, this package combines culinary experiences in the privacy of your chalet, an Austrian wine tasting, mulled wine and punch by the fire pit, and plenty of time for relaxation, enjoyment, and meaningful moments together. A winter holiday high in the mountains – exclusive, private, and wonderfully relaxing.

information about your stay
Minimum stay
Our chalets are preferably available for bookings of 7 nights or more.
If capacities become available because of rebookings or cancellations, shorter stays are also possible. Our final cleaning fee is € 300,00 for stays of less than 7 nights.
Parking
Each chalet has a carport with two parking spaces
including e-charging station.
Down payment
Once the booking has been confirmed, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price within 7 days. The remaining balance is to be paid 44 days before arrival.
Arrival and departure
Arrival/check-in: from 3.00 p.m.
Departure/check-out: until 10.00 a.m.
If you arrive after 6 p.m. on the day of arrival, we kindly ask
you for early information.
Local tax
The local tax is € 2,40 per person per day – from November 01, 2026 it will be € 4,50 per person per day and is payable from the age of 18.
Payment options
We accept cash payment, EC card/Maestro, Visa, Mastercard
and bank transfer in advance.
Dogs on request
If you would like to bring along your four-legged friend to the Fender Chalets, please let us know when you make your holiday enquiry.
We will send you our regulations for your dog’s stay in the chalet and ask you to observe them accordingly.

Cancellation conditions
When booking/reserving our chalets, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (as of January 26, 2026) generally apply as agreed.
If for any reason you are unable to make use of your stay in our chalets,
we will do our utmost to avoid costs for you and to reallocate the chalet.
However, if we are unable to find other tenants, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 45 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
From 44 days to 30 days before arrival we charge 40 % of the total price.
From 29 days to 8 days before arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 70% of the total price.
In the event of cancellation within the last week before arrival, we will charge 90% of the total price.
In the event of no-show or early departure, we charge 100 % of the total price.
Play it safe
With travel cancellation insurance you will be reimbursed for any cancellation costs incurred and
you are welcome to book the Fender Chalets Sonnalm at another time.
