- Breakfast table set daily in the chalet – prepared according to your personal preferences and wishes
- In the afternoon we serve you a sweet temptation in the chalet
- A private dinner including wine accompaniment in your chalet – chef Michael will create a gala menu with you. Suitable for autumn, with game specialities if desired. The menu is accompanied by qualified sommelier Erwin Fender with selected corresponding wines from top Austrian and international winemakers.

From € 1.160,00
The prices are per night for two to four people with many included services,
for each additional person we charge € 150,00 per night.

0 – 4 years: free of charge
5 – 10 years: € 70,00 per night and child
11 – 15 years: € 110,00 per night and child
information about your stay
Minimum stay
Our chalets are preferably available for bookings of 7 nights or more.
If capacities become available because of rebookings or cancellations, shorter stays are also possible. Our final cleaning fee is € 300,00 for stays of less than 7 nights.
Parking
Each chalet has a carport with two parking spaces
including e-charging station.
Down payment
After a confirmed booking we ask for a deposit of
30 % of the total price within 7 days.
Arrival and departure
Arrival/check-in: from 3.00 p.m.
Departure/check-out: until 10.00 a.m.
If you arrive after 6 p.m. on the day of arrival, we kindly ask
you for early information.
Local tax
The local tax is € 2,40 per person and day
and is payable from the age of 17.
Payment options
We accept cash payment, EC card/Maestro, Visa, Mastercard
and bank transfer in advance.
Dogs on request
If you would like to bring along your four-legged friend to the Fender Chalets, please let us know when you make your holiday enquiry.
We will send you our regulations for your dog’s stay in the chalet and ask you to observe them accordingly.

Cancellation conditions
When booking/reserving our chalets, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 generally apply as agreed.
If for any reason you are unable to make use of your stay in our chalets,
we will do our utmost to avoid costs for you and to reallocate the chalet.
However, if we are unable to find other tenants, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 45 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
From 44 days to 30 days before arrival we charge 40 % of the total price.
From 29 days to 8 days before arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 70% of the total price.
In the event of cancellation within the last week before arrival, we will charge 90% of the total price.
In the event of no-show or early departure, we charge 100 % of the total price.
Play it safe
With travel cancellation insurance you will be reimbursed for any cancellation costs incurred and
you are welcome to book the Fender Chalets Sonnalm at another time.
