Our cosy luxury chalets on the Stubeck Sonnalm are located in the middle of the Carinthian mountain landscape at 1,750 m above sea level.
Nestled in the dense forest, between alpine meadows and magnificent views, our chalets form a successful symbiosis with their surroundings.
We have deliberately used elements from the region for our chalets: Wood and stone bring back nature to the interior. Modern chalets with alpine chic, lifestyle and the right amount of luxury and comfort are the result of this clear design.
Each chalet has a private spa area with sauna and a hot tub on the terrace.
At any time of year, our chalets offer an exceptional amount of space for genuine relaxation and joie de vivre far away from everyday life.

The set breakfast table awaits you daily in your chalet – with selected products and specialities from local farmers and producers – which we put together for you according to your preferences and wishes.
Of course, we will spoil you whenever you like.
No culinary wishes remain unfulfilled. Choose from our à la carte menu. Our head chef Michael Markolin prepares a varied menu of traditional Austrian and Carinthian dishes as well as exquisite delicacies and international dishes fresh every day and serves them directly to your chalet. Gourmets and connoisseurs will find a paradise of culinary delights here.
Each chalet has a top kitchen equipped with the latest Miele appliances. Here, you can enjoy cooking to your heart’s content.
Or let our head chef Michael cook for you directly in your chalet and watch over our professional’s shoulder. He will happily give you an insight into his work and guide you through the culinary side of your private dinner.

Each dish is perfectly complemented by the right wine pairing. The exclusive range of Austrian and international wines as well as special rarities has been selected with great passion and expertise by host and qualified sommelier Erwin Fender.
Ideally stored and tempered in our own chalet wine cabinet and our Alm Vinothek.
To round off the culinary experience, you will find a fine selection of schnapps, rums and many other distillates in the spirits corner.
Pleasure smokers can look forward to their fully air-conditioned chalet humidor stocked with exclusive tobacco products.
