We are always happy to recommend the right wine accompaniment for your meal, for chilling out on the terrace in the afternoon, for cosy hours in front of the fireplace or special rarities for your personal and special occasions.

Our 'Alm Vinothek' in the Chalet
Host and qualified sommelier Erwin Fender is a wine lover par excellence. He is happy to pass on his extensive expertise during wine tastings. With his expertise, humour, charm and quite a few anecdotes, he delights all guests with his hearty passion.
This passion can also be found in the Fender Chalets. Each chalet has a Swisscave wine cabinet, equipped with an exquisite selection of wines from near and far – selected personally by Erwin Fender.
Would you like to celebrate a special occasion in style or find out more about the world of wine? The ‘Alm Vinothek’ is a real treasure trove of top wines and rarities from top international and Austrian winegrowers.
Around 350 hand-picked varieties are stored in the Alm Vinothek under optimal conditions.

Lovers of fine spirits will be delighted by our spirits’ corner in the chalet. The exquisite range of rum, gin, whiskey und esceptional spirits from all over the world provides a worthy conclusion to an exclusive menu.

IN THE CHALET HUMIDOR
Pleasure smokers can look forward to their fully air-conditioned chalet humidor stocked with exclusive smoking products. High-quality cigars and fine rarities from first-class producers from Cuba, the Dominican Republic and many other Latin American countries are stored here under ideal conditions. For the duration of your stay, you may of course store your private tobacco products in the chalet humidor. Please enjoy your tobacco products on the terrace or balcony and not in the rooms of the chalet.
