Host and certified sommelier Erwin Fender selects each wine with expertise, passion, and a refined sense for special moments, whether paired with a traditional Carinthian platter, a private dining experience, a Chef’s Table evening, or a quiet night in your chalet.
Both Chalet Emely and Chalet Lena feature a dedicated wine climate cabinet, offering a carefully curated selection of wines from Austria and around the world. Complementing this collection is the Alm Vinothek, the heart of the Fender wine experience. Here, around 350 handpicked labels and exceptional wines from renowned wine regions are stored under optimal conditions and personally curated by Erwin Fender.
